Lovely little spot near the frontage. Came here as had clearly advertised vegan items and another dish that we chose on checking was vegan too. The houmous/ salad flat bread was lovely and filling. What seemed like the owner/ gentleman was very patient and helpful, all the staff were came across were nice. Would return next time in town

The best fish and chips I’ve had by the seaside! The fish is not oily and has a thin layer of batter, the tartar sauce is delicious as well.

Great hospitality! Extremely wonderful and welcoming. Food was cooked fresh and tasted absolutely delicious! Coffee was 10/10, alternative milk options available. 100% recommended for anyone visiting Margate. We will be back every time!

Very welcoming atmosphere, great location and the breakfast is incredible..our waitress Eleanor was extremely helpful and although really busy, very attentive and just an all round great service! Will definitely return!

We had a great family meal and few drinks at the Med in Margate. We were strolling through for a decent place on a weekend and decided to go here. We ordered number of things including pizza, flatbread, fish and chips, etc. and few beers for the order. The food was spot on, well seasoned and served nice and hot. The drinks were also served chilled, I really enjoyed them while sitting out in the sun. Biggest thanks to their staff members. They ensured that guests felt welcomed and were paying right attention to the needs of all the tables. I would definitely go there if I visit Margate again. All the best guys.

We walked past the Med whilst looking for somewhere to eat as a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 children), on an extremely busy, and boiling hot bank holiday Sunday and after walking past several places we were lucky enough to get a table outside. We were quickly seated and had our drinks order taken by Abigail, who was a lovely girl and extremely friendly and attentive and chatty to us and the kids. She came back quickly after to take our food orders and everything came out quickly. The food was really good, we shared a fish bowl and Greek flatbread, others had the fish and chips and burgers, portions were good and the food seemed reasonable for the place you were seated (right on the seafront). Big thanks to Abigail for making it so memorable.

What a fantastic surprise to have found this little restaurant!!! We found it while looking for a place to have breakfast in Margate and it was the best decision! Eleanor served us and was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Luke was our chef that morning and the food we were served was exceptional! I had the small breakfast (that I couldn’t finish because of the generous portion size) and my fiancé had the Spanish Breakfast. Everything was cooked to perfection and the icing on the cake (or eggs in this case) was the perfectly toasted sour bread with a very generous slice of REAL butter!!! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates great food at a reasonable price!! What a find!!
